Maybe I don’t know what I’m talking about, but I think right now (as in this morning) might be the time to invest in the construction companies that do road repairs in Colorado. If the roads in the rest of the state are like those in my town, then they look like the Air Force has been using them for target practice. It’s been 5 degrees one day, 40 degrees the next, then 10 degrees, then 50 degrees, then down to 0. I keep expecting to hear reports of sub-compact cars disappearing from the middle of rush hour traffic.
