Well, it hasn’t been the most pleasant 24 hrs, but it could be worse. At least it’s not fify years ago, when it would mean a week stay in the hospital and 6 inch incision.
Actually, my friend had a significant incision. This was back in the mid-1990′s. He could only walk very slowly for months afterward. Maybe some hernias are worse than others.
Anyway, best of luck, pal.
My incision is about 2 inches long and my doctor is kind of old-school. I guess they used to be 6 inches or more. I’m feeling almost human again today, so I’m doing pretty good.
