		<description>Go for it. One thing, though. As much as I enjoy reading about history, the most frequent problem I have with alternate histories is the long, dry narratives of names and dates. I&#039;d prefer the writer assumed I already have a good grasp of the times and go from there.</description>

		<description>I think a better alternate history would be a scenario where the Celts defeated the Romans at Telemon in 225 B.C.  In place of Latin culture, Celtic civilization becomes dominant in Europe.
Perhaps I should consider writing a short story...</description>
