No, creation ended with man.
Woman is a sub-set of man, a derivative, literally. She was not created, but formed from man.
Likewise, my hair and my hands were both formed from me, when I was but a small growing baby in the womb. But, they are not the next step of creation, nor a later one. They are simply part of me, and formed from me. Flesh from my flesh, and bone from my bone.
